Titsworth isn’t even gonna make it through 5. I feel like Titsworth would have done well last night. While Knaak possibly gave us the best chance tonight. Hopefully Clemson hitters start hitting better.

Knaak got smoked against Nacys Tate just a few weeks ago. Their whole lineup can hit. Ours can’t. At least not all at the same time.

In a single elimination tournament you have no choice but start your best pitcher game 1. Nothing would be worse than losing your first game & being eliminated from tournament without your best pitcher even getting a start. As you have seen there has been plenty of upsets with lower seeds winning so you have to start your best pitcher game 1.

Anyone that knows baseball will tell you you don’t save your starter . We aren’t a good hitting team and probably would have had a tough time beating Va tech without Knaak. State owned us last year and this year so probably doesn’t matter anyway . They took batting practice off Knaak a month ago if you remember .

We needed to win a game to lock up hosting. If we don’t win last night it would be up for debate. As for the ACC tournament yeah Knaak tonight would had been better but I get it.
