lol.......he owns a bunch of records both state and national (or at least did).....he's coached a long dang time and Summerville had a lot of success under his tutelage....but some of his "detractors" (at nearby highschools) have said, tongue-in-cheek, his greatest ability was being a tremendous recruiter.

agree with pretty much everything being said, good and bad. He was the first coach I ever heard of who actually did recruiting in High School. Some of these Junior College high schools that are popping up like IMG Academy would have been right up his alley.

Everyone hates a winner.
I graduated in '84....and we won state '82 , '83 , and '84.
And we were always told your helmets don't come off till the bus hits the highway....haters throwing stuff at the bus and us.
Get over it - they keep score and records for a reason.
