because who you are. but it is an indictment on the room and coaching. if a wr just steps right in and is getting the first team reps.

We have a great young RB. Maybe Adam is just that good and has been in the wrong position. It's probably more of getting Adam on the field since he is so dynamic then it is we don't have a good rb. Don't be so closed minded.

So,JK decides that the RB room is poor because a guy from another position is looking good? How about - Randall is just really good and the others are as well?

We have placed a few guys in the NFL that changed positions, my wife says it’s ok to change positions because with time a new position might just be just what we need to get a different perspective and a better result.
A great coach always looks for a way to Improve his team by getting the best athletes on the field.

.... at evaluating talent and utilizing that talent to its fullest, rather than just pigeon holing a guy. "I recruited you to play position X, and by golly, that's where you're gonna play! I don't care if you are better suited to play position Y!"
We like for coaches to evaluate and develop players, don't we?

Correct. Teams do it all the time. No one wants to hear about scar, but I believe a position change worked pretty well for debo Samuels. It's one reason why you recruit a category called athlete. Usually you do hear about the "athlete " being recruited for said position but a lot have played in hs at multiple positions. I would like to see us do it more often. It's a great way to get a good person and athlete to stay and develop. It's too bad we weren't able to convince DJ5 to become a TE... but I vaguely remember he and his family were convinced he's a QB.
