If you sit DJ, he will enter the portal. Maybe Dabo knows that. We are too thin at QB for that to happen. If he was a 5*recruit, then he obviously has the talent. Coach it out of him and design an offense around him.

If Dabo is making coaching decisions based on players threatening to leave, we have greater problems than a 2-2 record.

I don't think it is a threat. I just think Dabo knows a 5* highly recruited QB is not going to warm the bench. And who would blame him?

So let him, and salvage the season the best we can with we've got at QB. Ensure the guys we have, that this season isn't going to go the way they expected, they already know that. Hold onto what we have recruited, Cade Klubnik is a true dual threat QB, and hopefully he will stay in the playbook heavy for when he enrolls, and get with the receivers and practice throwing to them all summer....
