in AZ. Reports are now that they can't finish counting votes until next week. So, the "operatives" will be really busy over the weekend. Never mind that Hobbs is "overseeing" the count.

she simply loses, because she doesn't get as many votes as Hobbs. But you're smarter than that. You know for a fact that if a Republican doesn't win, it's because the Democrat cheated.

That's really all you need to know about intent to commit vote fraud.

protected rights, like voting, for example? Most people I know, from whatever political persuasion, are fine with Voter IDs. Figure out how to administrate it without violating aforementioned Constitutionally-protected rights, and we should all be on the same page.
Unless, of course, you only pick and choose convenient parts of the Constitution like you guys do with the Bible.

I've seen no Pub-sponsored legislation that would deny anyone that has registered to vote and has a legitimate ID the ability to vote.

perfectly aware of what the arguments are, but requiring a form of government ID that costs money to obtain amounts to a poll tax, in violation of the 24th Amendment. Also included in the "undue burden" is the ability to obtain said government IDs, particularly for people who live in rural areas and don't have access to transportation.
"Those people shouldn't be voting anyway." I mean, fine, but then don't call yourself a Constitutionalist in the same breath, because you're not.
You guys love the Electoral College because it protects rural citizens from Big City populism and laws and all the stuff you hate about liberals, but the truth is, there are millions of poor people (citizens, even) in rural areas that you also want to be protected from.

Has an ID. That classism argument is pretty tired at this point, especially as the Dems nowadays like to brag about about how they’ve become the party of college graduate whites.

aren't you then violating that person's Constitutional right? I mean, I get what you're saying, and I actually agree that most people are capable of voting if they really want to, even if relative ease of voting isn't anywhere near equal. But adding this requirement that potentially prevents and disenfranchises X number of people to fix a problem that really doesn't even exist (or damn sure hasn't been proven on any large scale yet) doesn't work for me, and shouldn't work for anybody that purports to respect the laws of our land. I don't care if X = 4,000,000 or if X = 4.

If you have need. I mean, I didn’t do an exhaustive search of every state, but I looked this up a while ago and felt confident that no one is having an ID held over their head who couldn’t afford it.

Every state that has passed a voter id law has concurrently (if it is wasn’t already) made it free to get a state issued ID.

Are you against requiring an ID for the exercise of other Constitutional rights, or is it just voting you have a problem with?

Is it the states or the feds causing the "open border". You're confusing me because I thought it was Bidens fault for "open borders". Please clear this up.

They are watching too close. She will take a slight lead today and then the final votes will put her way over the top. They are holding out the day of ballots, but they will drop sooner or later.

The last report I've seen has some 620,000 or so ballots
Nov 10, 2022, 4:30 PM
|

that have yet to be counted. The lions share of the ballots are "day of" ballots - around 385,000 or so from Maricopa and Pima counties. "Day of" ballots are those mail in ballots that weren't put in the mail but were dropped off by the voter at a polling place on election day. So far, the "day of" ballots that have been counted are overwhelmingly for Kari Lake - to the tune of 80+%. This falls in line with what the Republicans had told people to do in the State - don't mail your ballot but take it directly to the polling place. If just 60% of the remaining "day of" ballots break to Kari Lake (which most people believe they will) she is going to win the AZ Governors position by a comfortable margin.
Unless I'm mistaken - Arizona has not had a single ballot drop since late last night. The transparency of their overly slow "counting process" and where they are in that process is as clear as muddy water. Lack of transparency doesn't necessarily mean there is anything nefarious going on but it does build distrust when the process seems to be producing very little. When vote counting extends from hours to days to a week it also builds distrust in the system as well. It begs the question - W.T.F. is going on and why does it take 24 hours to count 30,000 votes?
Right now Arizona's ability to conduct elections is a joke. They look like a two bit third world country with their inability to establish an election system that is simple but secure, free of break downs, and one that can provide final results within hours of polls closing. At some point this moves out of the realm of being mere incompetence to willful stupidity - especially when it has been this way for the last 4 voting cycles.

Yet Arizona's top election official is by herself and the Dem party, deemed the best person to govern the state. Amazing
