The FSU game on Labor Day night back in '07 was an awesome game and we got national attention since it was the only game on in its timeslot

I'm pretty sure our last Labor Day matchup turned out all right for us (and by the attendnace at The Valley, it didn't look like anyone missed it!)

Last time we had the Monday night announcers or I believe it was Gruden and Tirico perhaps (could be wrong on his booth partner) things didn't go too well. I'm all for changing that and winning with Gruden in the booth.

us on Monday and a game against Sc on Sat. I don't even want to face SC St with that short of a turn around. Not only no time to prepare but no time to nurse wounds from the opening game. Sure would be a shame to open with a win over UGA and turn around and lose to SC St.

1. It's a monday.
2. This will be the first game after I turn 21, I will want to celebrate accordingly.
3. Going to work/class thursday hungover isn't fun.

Trust me I know first hand... We (non-travel squad!) rode in on a bus on Monday afternoon to meet the travel squad and people came out of the bars to give us a special welcome!! It was the first time I had ever experienced anything like it.. Leaving the locker room to go to the sidelines, the Georgia fans were drunk and cursing us for everything you can imagine... It was real eye opener for me!
