Agreed. Respect to those guys that don't make it about themselves and stay focused on the team until season is totally over.

But based on this, that isn’t true because he hasn’t thought about it.

Sounds to me like a kid that’s leaving but doesn’t want to be a distraction. Seems like a good kid. Wish more handled it that way. No way he hasn’t thought about it though.

Hello Brian, You need another good solid year with Clemson without any distractions or injuries before you'll be ready for the NFL. I would consider staying on brother!!

They say they're not thinking about it, but I don't believe that is the whole truth bc, guys like Bryan Bresee, Tyler Davis, KJ Henry, and many others come to Clemson bc Clemson has been a path for a lot of players to the NFL. Some of them always say they're not thinking about that move right now, but I believe they are, but they are keeping it close to the chest for different reasons.
Bresee really didn't have that great of a season, and I would bet that Dabo will be truthful with him, and all the others that are eligible to make that move. I'm sure that NFL coaches have already talked to Dabo about players that are eligible for the NFL, and Dabo is relaying to them what he's been told, and from the actual season that Bresee has had bc of the loss of Ella, and with injury, you would think that about every NFL coach that is interested in him, they have told Dabo if he can get him to stay another year to do so. I believe that Dabo has suggested to some in the past that it would be best for them, and for whatever the reason they believed otherwise, and most of those didn't get drafted.
I believe bc of the season Bresee had, NFL coaches hope that he will stay for one more season, and I'm sure Dabo has told him that. But it's up to the individual, some believe they have enough raw talent to make it and ignore Dabo's advice. Most NFL coaches see many college players with raw talent, but they only care about how well they can put that talent to use right now bc they don't have the time for a lot of development coaching, and some will take a chance with them on the practice team where their NFL future may only last a week bc they become bargaining chips on a practice team. I could be totally wrong about what I think, but if I were an NFL coach, I would want college players that was ready to come in and only have to learn the NFL way of doing things. I wouldn't want a college player with only raw talent that I had to develop before they were ready to be taught the NFL way to do things.
NFL owners and HCs are looking to draft players that are really good FB players that have a chance of making their roster once they are taught the NFL way of doing things. NFL coaches aren't development coaches, they are game practice coaches. There is too much money on the line in every game to be anything else. Developing FB players is for college coaches, and that is the reason that NFL coaches usually don't make good college coaches, or the other way around....
