of any of the major recruiting sites over the last two years. They have one in the ESPN 2022 top 10, and had three in the ESPN 2021 top 10.
In Rivals, OSU has two players shown in the top 10 for 2022, and they had two players in Rivals 2021 top 10.
In the 247 classes, OSU had three players in the 2021 top 10. OSU currently has only one player in the 2022 top 10.

And I get the Woody Hayes history, and our recent matchups. But nothing about OSU—the football program, the fans, or really anything about the state of Ohio interests me.
So, I’m sure they are getting great recruits. And I’m sure they will have a really good team. But in all honesty, OSU is really only relevant once every handful of years.

Well…….supposedly they have the #1 QB in the country, but our guy smoked him on the field with a Championship on the line. Now he has smoked him again in the “made for pencil necked propagandist” Olympics. When the pencil neck propagandists get it that wrong on the very most scrutinized position, then I question all of their other made up stuff too.

Kind of crazy.
Ohio State has passed by everyone but Alabama on the recruiting trail. For 2022, they are waaaaay out in front and it's only July. They already have four 5-star commits.
They still gotta prove it on the field in the playoff.

Because they will get paid $$$$$$$. Let’s face it college recruiting has changed because of NIL. Anyone can pay the kids for their likeness now so recruiting will become a bidding war. Who can help me make the most $$$$$$. Football landscape and other college sports will change dramatically whether you like it or not….

IMO, no team has the potential to benefit more from NIL than Ohio State. When it comes to a combination of size, wealth and fanatical intensity, no college football fanbase in America tops them. Not Notre Dame; not Texas. On the wealth part of the equation, Alabama isn't even in the same galaxy.
But it won't matter until Ryan Day wins it all.

Looks like Bama, Ohio St. and Ga. are on fire on the recruiting trail but I have faith in our recruiting staff. If we finish somewhere in the neighborhood of 7th or 8th we'll be in good shape as always.
