with 4 teams in the CWS. The ACC had 4 in 2006 I know so they matched/tied the conference record - didn't set a new one. Clemson, GT, UNC, and Miami were all in the 2006. There may have been another year with 4 also, but I remember that year for sure. I think the ACC was the first league to ever have 4 though the SEC I think has done it a few times since also.

Sucks we were the only ACC team that didn't get in considering we were 4-4 against teams that got in, and finished ahead of FSU and NCSU in our division.
