If you ask me I think the two best have to be DW4 and Mike Williams, and TL16 paired with Tee “too tall” Higgins.

I don't think this is right. I don't disagree that Deshaun and Trevor are our two best QBs. And Mike and Tee were the most talented receivers to work with them. but I don't think that makes them the best "duo."
To me, a duo is a bit different. For me, it HAS to be Deshaun Watson and Hunter Renfrow. Mike Williams was better than Renfrow, but whenever they had to get a first down or had to complete a pass, Deshaun, without fail, looked to Renfrow. He was his guy, and I don't think either would have been quite as successful without the other. They elevated each other's play. That is what makes a great duo to me. Another possibility would be Charlie Whitehurst and Aaron Kelly.

All the ones listed are great, can’t go wrong with any of them. But first one that came to mind for me was Fuller to Butler.
