The coaching staff has told us time and time again that the offense is more efficient when the quarterback is a threat to run the football, but you also have to believe the coaching staff will do everything in its power to get the two backs (and Choice) the ball more.
...”the TWO BACKS (and Choice)”.......
So, what’s this saying? They calling Choice “chopped liver”?

Well, yes. Basically what he is compared to TNT.

Love the guy like I love all my Tigers, but don't look too deep into this. Feaster and Etienne are the way forward. Adam and Lyn-J will spend the season backing up TNT. He had plenty of opportunities to not be a backup.

Looked to me like Crowder missed his man and Anchrum went down to that guy and left the edge open. ETN still should have gotten it but I think he was going to take the middle and RG and RT the 2 guys outside. KB should have felt it though and stepped up in the pocket or tucked the ball and taken the sack. He did almost get it off tho. Mistakes happen and if was not just on one guy imo.

Tremaine acted like he was supposed to be blocking down on

that play after the DE blew past him, but it was purely a CYA action...The play was not designed for the RB to pick up the DE solo.

RB as point of reference for QB
Feb 23, 2018, 5:13 PM

Fuller had the most experience and started the first three games. That's about right. The untested more highly recruited backups demonstrated more ability and took over the position. This turn of events is no doubt more difficult to address at the QB position. And still QB is the most important and influential position on the field. So look for Tigernet to be all about the QB position throughout the pre-season and possibly the season. 2018 will be one whale of a season. Go Tigers!

Food for thought

Talent at RB, yes... Maybe even more reason to not have alot of called QB runs. To me, there's more concern at receiver, yes receiver. Enter- Kelly Bryant. Give him a few plays in practice and just see what happens, really. #21

I know, the receiver corps had a lot of dropped balls. well, mostly at the 9 man position. Surprisingly Mcloud and renfrow actually had the most steady hands in the group.
