It's happening. I thought Jackie would be laying egg(s) this coming week. She is now on the nest in egg laying position trying to get fluff into the nest under her. Shadow is present. If more fluff is not added to the nest, I don't think eggs will hatch as they will not be warm enough. Heat will escape through bottom of nest and the sticks are not going to retain body heat from Jackie/ Shadow.

So, keep visiting the site on a daily basis.

I’ve been watching Jackie and Shadow as well as Connie and Clive. It’s interesting watching the chicks grow. Thanks for the updates.
