I wouldn't mind FSU losing in a blowout because they were showing that they aren't going to be good at all this year. On the other hand if they are going to be really good, I hope they beat Bama and are overly confident when we play them and primed for a let down.

Would love to see FSU get stomped and spiral out of control after the loss. Then they come limping into Death Valley with 3 losses and we break them.

i'm tired of this line of thinking.. we don't need any of our opponents to look good. we are clemson! THE national champs.. one of the premier teams in the country and have been for some time, now. do you think bama fans are asking "who do we want to win, team A or team B?"... HECK NO!!... they only depend on their selves to look good. and, i believe that's where we are, also. as long as clemson takes care of business... that's all that matters.

- You want to beat the best when you play the best. If Clemson and FSU are undefeated on November 10th, that's practically a de facto National Championship right there. It would probably be a #1-vs-#2 game and the entire country would be tuned in. Depending on how close the game is, it would be really difficult for the Playoff Committee not to select both teams.
- It'll shut up the SEC'ers, at least for a week
- Just think how awesome it would be to hear ESPN have to repeat over and over that Bama has a 2-game losing streak to the ACC
- The point someone made below about Bama being referred to as the third-best team in the ACC Atlantic is genius.
- Never root for the SEC unless it directly impacts Clemson.
