I don't know but to those who can attend the games regularly, does Jack still attend on a regular basis and sit near the dugout ?

South Carolina baseball was at a completely different place during most of Jack's tenure. They were winning a lot more games including championships under Ray Tanner during that time. Cannot compare 2 different eras.

We were really good and UCS was on the downside of June Raines career. The early Tanner year’s were also successful to Jack but that many in a row may not have been achieved. We also did those stupid midweek games with them for a long time while he was coach so the pitching really lacked. I believe we also played them 4 times for a while so there were probably some 2-2’s in there

Don't know. Probably could Google it. To what purpose? Jack was a great coach for us and obviously still cares about Clemson. I'd rather be happy for what we have than bash the past.

if memory serves me correctly, Clemson and SC played like 5-6 times per season in the past and Clemson dominated them in baseball. Ray Tanner came along and said we shouldn't play Clemson so many times per season, in an attempt to limit losses. The tide swung in their direction as evident in their recent success. Looks like its swung or swinging back.

I think it used to be 2 weekend series a year, then we wen't to 4 games a year with 2 home games per team, and now we do the one weekend series a year.
Each side had a lot of talented teams over the course of those years, and it's hard to find any records online.
Whoever wants to know could ask Tim Bourret and I'm sure he'll know/be able to find it.
