Our small recruiting class is imploding and we started taking way too many fallbacks years and years ago.
All the pumpers on here are silent and for good reason.
They absolutely ridiculed me and many other posters pointing out that DE and many other aspects of recruitment was in the toilet.
No portal players ever, makes sense to no one but Dabo.

Realistic look at the future—
Recruiting ain’t getting any better , we don’t go after anyone in the portal, so the talent level is on a decline over the next years.
Better hope we can make a legit run with Cade/Wesco/Moore , Pwoods/ Parker / brown next year.

Dude, look at where each of these guys were ranked coming out of highschool. Every single player playing besides one or two were four and five stars. 247 did their annual ranking of the most talented teams in the country and we are ranked 5th!
We are an insanely talented team. That is absolutely not the problem. The problem lies squarely on coaching. Coaching and development. These players are each individually capable of way more than what they showed tonight, but they were hindered by a reprehensible game plan from the coaches.
I do not disagree with everything you said. But the main problem is that we have talent that is being insanely under utilized and basically being wasted because of a lack of development.

Well when you have Cole Stought as a player Development Cord...That would explain why no one gets better. The entire coaching staff is the problem. Only changes Louisville made was hire a head coach. Outcome Conference Championship season one.

Everyone with even a slightly objective eye knows who who they are.
DE is crap though.
