i know you meant it as a joke but its a good idea. elliott is versatile enough to switch to TE's. pearman needs to go. Latty on the satff would be a perception killer for a rival program struggling with the image that it is circling the drain. Plus, he is a great guy. Humble, high integrity....he fits in better with our staff.
