To build up every central and south american countrys economy so that the migrants don’t want to flood to the US anymore?

And read their article about South/Central America's economies and China's push to cut us out. Our relationship with these important trade partners and our geographical advantage took a major hit under the Trump admin. They basically stopped visiting and cut them out, apparently with Trump thinking having the same attitude toward them as he does the immigrants.
China saw the advantage and pounced. They're pushing hard to get as many nations in Central and South America to cut ties with us. We don't want that, particularly if our relationship with China continues to deteriorate.
So it's about a lot more than immigrants.

It would be cheaper.
As it stands, Mexicans in the US send $40 billion back home, or 2-3% of Mexico's GDP. They send $4+ billion to El Salvador, 15% of their GDP. Illegals, and legal workers, send tens of billions of dollars every year to central America. The standard of living there has already increased massively, with only corruption as the main culprit in that money not making it to households there.

We can start by decriminalizing cocaine and weed, then flooding the streets in rural, conservative America with crack cocaine. I am not sure how this will help immigration, but it will offer us dead solid proof that we can do to white folk exactly what we did to black folks in the 80s, and the results will be similar.

But first we'll need to set up cartels in all our major cities in every state and give them government aid & protection, then we could flood the rural areas with undocumented immigrants to provide cover for gangs to infiltrate into those areas unimpeded....
