Not much. Brooks and Hobby likely made more than Buckner last year. Hobby's salary was $500,000 and Brooks $450,000. NFL position coaches average about $400,000, though some make alot more, but considering this is only his 2nd year in Arizona he's probably on the lower end.

just don't see someone stepping back to college when he's already coaching in the NFL and his life's work is becoming a NFL HC.
