Jarhead, I’ve been where you are, Be the squeaky wheel and push hard for the case worker to hold them accountable ( birth parents). God loves the child even more than you do, I hope and pray that it all works out for you. Fostering has been the most difficult, and yet, the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done. Btw what county are you in.
