If you could add one thing to Death Valley what would it be?

Just a topic for discussion on a Saturday morning as I try and pass the time until 730 tonight.
If we are not going to change to stadium seats, lets at least powder coat those bleachers orange. I think colored bleachers would look incredible in the valley. I have seen some other stadiums with colored bleachers, and it looks really sharp.
I also would not mind seeing some type of restaurant inside the stadium that is open year-round with an attached museum. Probably no space for this but I believe this was in the works about a decade ago and then got scrapped.

Maybe add an oak tree in the east end zone, out a hill where kids can slide down with cardboard and more locations selling Dip-N-Dots!!

Yes I think this would be great even if it did lower our attendance. To make up for the loss of seats they could go back to the plan to add some seating in the East endzone. But I agree with this.

if you did that. Bleachers make you want to stand at least part of the time.
Careful of what you wish for. Chapel Hill exchanged bleachers for stadium seats and it created a frustrating and cramped experience in many parts of the stadium.

I DO want it, but asked the qu.
I have never been in the Upper Deck, and will never buy sickest there as long as there is no connection. I want to be able to get to the hill, gather at the Paw, hook up with friends, etc. Other stadiums have worked it out.

I sit in the upper deck and gather at the paw every game. It doesn’t stop me or many others from getting down there. Just walk down the hill and go in a lower gate. Easy.

All good suggestions. Discussed b4 but "safe" biodegradable balloons are a real thing.
Although to your original post, it would be neat to have the bleachers painted with Tiger Paws. It would look cool during pregame and when TV does intros... And then post game wraps.
Restaurant with archive museum would be nice too.

Even “biodegradable” balloons will take up to several years to decompose, depending on conditions.
Honestly, there are no “safe” balloons. Bah humbug, I know, but the responsible thing is to not release them.

I also love the restaurant and museum idea. Seems like the west endzone would have been perfect for that.

True, but not much was sold and therefore imo, it's held over from original tailgate days where the most that was sold was coke, water (even water sold not that old) candy, maybe nabs etc. Before modern day. Demand and supply.
But yes, the time has come to adapt and offer more.

It can’t be too difficult. Does Clemson ditch the current concessions model (which allows for fundraising for local clubs) and get some pros in there?
Allow the kids to still fundraise but just have better options at the stand. Serious question, how does that work with the concessions and fundraising? Is it a 50/50 split with Clemson or how does that work? I think it is great Clemson allows fundraising.

Have the Tiger on the scoreboard roaring after touchdowns. Also have its tail wage and eyes light up. The old scoreboard Tiger did this when it was new. The roar would be much louder than the old one. It needs to be as loud as the crowing #### at USC.

Drones! put them in float mode. Make them glow orange. they could be in the shape of balloons..... after they float up they could return to the catch point. Awesome for night games!

Ok. After running through the posts, I’m going with connections between north and south upper decks and connections between upper and lower decks. Could support escalators for that purpose as well. Concessions is an absolute must. Not sure why the lower deck has Peppinnos and other local vendors but upper gets grocery store nachos. Let’s get smokin pig and others in there (how about cfa or Bojangles or whatever). No reason the labor can’t be hs fundraisers. Bathrooms need some work and more tvs showing the game while we’re standing in line for food/rr. Last, more championship banners starting this year!
