Mistake was filing in Georgia instead of DC. DC district judges are emotional twits and might have ruled his way regardless of law.

Look, if a South Carolina fan, after 100+years of absolute heartbreak and despair can’t sue for emotional distress then I doubt this guy has much of a chance.

For some reason , I keep seeing the lawyer on Seinfeld that Kramer always used agreeing to take this case.

Dumbest thing I have ever heard. Hopefully they will make him pay for all the wasted time that was caused by this stupidity.

I’m always at a loss to why people think they can say or not say who an owner should have drafted and blame racism because it did not happen. It’s their money and they can or cannot draft who they want to. There was obviously an issue with all these teams passing on him multiple times. If you feel like bitching buy your own team and draft who you want to. Need to rid the courts of all these BS lawsuits and settle cases that actually mean something.

no, they are not idiots, they know exactly what they are doing. It is cheaper to settle out of court, especially when suing for an absurd amount of money. They will cut them a check for 10-25k and make them sign an NDA, it's cheaper than their legal team getting it thrown out in a court.
