Friday night at the women's soccer game. The team got destroyed but it was funny to hear a 60 year old lesbian make comments similar to what a college aged straight fella would about some of the players.
Saturday, must like Clemson baseball I didn't achieve any of my goals other than getting the truck washed.
Sunday, cut down some of the jungle that is growing in my back yard. Worked until I ran out of fuel for the chainsaw. Still a lot to do tonight which messes with my gym and yard mowing schedule.

Drove up to Sugar Mtn on Sattidy with some horrible acid reflux I had for 3 days. Felt good enough yesserday to go hiking up on Roan Mtn in Ten-uh-cee.
Difficult to rate on the 10 or RH Covids scale, but would due Sunday a gin...

Friday fishing trip caught 23 flounder and kept the biggest 6, Saturday helped put on a golf tournament to benefit Alzheimer's research, then went to see the Boneshakers in Port Royal that night. Sunday early church and rest all afternoon.

Fri night - Sat morning we moved MsJr from the downstairs bedroom to the upstairs bedroom. Now both kids is upstairs.
A little yardwork Sat then we went to a graduation party across town.
Sun morning was church, went to Mom's for lunch, then I picked up my brother and nephew and we went fishing. We caught bass, crappie, white bass, white perch, and a couple stripers. Trip was highlighted by a 18.5 lb striper on the magnum spoon.

Fri - Had the Hops and Hogs festival downtown. Close off the streets, food trucks, craft beer trucks. Took little one so spend a good bit of time standing at the bounce house drinking beer. Grabbed some food after at a restaurant in the alley.
Sat - laid low during the day. Aiken Music Fest that evening so saw Chris Ndeti open for Robbie Ducey. Not my kind of stuff really but good weather, open field, live music and a beer drinking good time.
Sun - watched golf. Took kid to pool. Chinese take out for supper and a couple episodes of Naked and Afraid.
All in all not bad.

So, I quit the regular job on Wednesday, and am taking 3 Grackles to be full time.
I spent most of Saturday working on my marketing plans, and some existing business. Also watched the baseball game ruin my night. We got some hail, too.
Sunday I started working on an epoxy cutting board class that I'm going to launch on youtube, and also run locally (see attachments).
That said, I'm also entering a few of my pieces in the Garden & Gun made in the south awards, so send some good vibes if you're so inclined. If y'all know anybody that needs any sort of corporate gifts, send them my way _I've got some great options available. Lastly - looking at a new campaign soon where I'll pay ppl's IPTAY dues up to orange level as an add-in if they buy one of my dining tables.
Insta (@3gracklesdesign) has been showing these off a good bit, but 3grackles.com has most of the portfolio.

Lovely. Cooked a nice dinner for the family Friday, drank a bunch of nice grape juice. Had my daughters bday pool party Saturday, was a smashing success. Traded my 4 runner to my dad for his suburban. Low key yesterday, but bought myself a power washer yee yee. This is my last week at this job! I’m done pretending to be sad about leaving, everyone can kiss my ###, I’m outta here

Friday, visit RH Mom, made pizzas, watched WWE and AEW.
Saturday, nothing of note during the day. Went to Midget Wrestling with Mrs, Joonyer, and daughter-in-law at Devil's Logic Brewing in Charlotte. Huge crowd and had fun until DIL's mother fell and had to go to the ER so we left early and headed back to Rock Hill to the hospital to check on her. No injuries, which is good, but she's in assisted living with Parkinson's and she has had a lot of issues with the disease.
Sunday, hike with pup, do errands, get groceries, visit RH Mom, then back home to make cabbage steaks with Philly cheesesteak topping. Saw a recipe for cabbage steak pizza and decided to put my own twist on it...turned out really good for a first pass at it.
17/19 Covids...deductions for baseball and sitting in the ER on a Saturday night. I've had better weekends, I've had worse weekends.

Friday was basically a day off for me. Got a morning run in, then had trainings most of the day. Did some admin work. Home by 5:00.
Satdee - errands, no karate so went to the gym for skrenff work, a little work, then grilling turkey burgers and drinking Guinness and Bushmills. Caught up on the last season of Maisel.
Sunday - no church because lilAPMette sprained her ankle and we had to do an urgent care visit. Good news - nothing broken. Watched F1. Briefly went to the Lebanese festival in town. First full festival since COVID. Like a lot of other public events, they were rusty, but we got some good food and saw a friend’s daughter dance. Then home, napped on the recliner with the tuna fishing show on as background noise. Had dinner. Watched some LAFC/Leon and some NBA. Bed.
Up & at ‘em for a good week ahead.

Friday: not much after work, can't recall, really.
Saturday: slept in a bit, cut the grass, worked in the yard
Sunday: church, went to a friend's house for a cookout, did some minor work
pretty lazy weekend overall

Was in Nashville for a conference last week. Dr. Jordan Peterson was the final speaker and didn't get done until after 5pm on Friday, so I stayed another night and drove home on Saturday morning. I assume traffic wouldn't be too bad...wrong. Where the heck is everyone going on a Sat morning. Traffic was solid/heavy for the entire 6 hr drive.
Watched baseball game on Saturday night. Was a great game that ended crappily.
Sunday, made breakfast for the clan, skipped church cause tired/heathen, took daughter and her fraund to parents meeting at said church for upcoming trip, then took the girls to messican for lunch and then let them shop at 5 Below while I did a grocery run. Made first batch of summer egg salad for dinner at wife's request. She later regretted that request after a night of continuous dutch-ovening.

Exhausting. LOL
Friday night chilled at house watching beisbol
Sat AM in office. then gym, then to Tigertown to watch that marathon. I can understand why the baseball team was low energy on Sat because I was exhausted just watching
Sunday, early church, came back to watch the baseball struggle bus, loss changed our afternoon plans to yard work, and spent some time with eldest offspring and fiancé coming back thru town after getting engaged night before

Wife's family came into town so we had to host. Spent way to much on taking them out to dinner a few times. Hit the beach up Saturday. Futurebirds show at GLA was great musically, but a weird crowd. Maybe I am getting too old. Sunday was overcast and kinda crappy, spent half the day taking kids back and forth to birthday parties.
Decent weather this weekend, should be better.

2 days of drunken bliss at Edisto Beach.
Friday night: Drank too much and talked about the old days. Ate at Whaleys. Saturday: Got up at 10. Started drinking at 10:30. Saturday night: Played Cornhole, watched the Clemson game. Drank way too much. Started with the rally cap in the ninth. That worked (you're welcome.) But then in the 10th... nothing, so I threw the hat away. IN the 11th, I took my shirt off. (we are also still playing cornhole). Later, (since that wasn't enough) the pants came off. In hindsight, that probably had little affect on the outcome of the game.
2:30 AM: Thought the couch under the house looked comfy... took a nep. 4:00 AM: Woke up, went upstairs, went to sleep. Sunday: Felt like shizt all day. Not sure why. Odd.
All in all 9.5 (only because Clemson lost. Twice.)
