Panic
Panic My phone blows up every year at this time. I get texts, emails, and tweets of panic. Oh no! Say it ain’t so! Please tell me a Clemson assistant isn’t leaving. Gasp!
Years ago one of my best friends in the world left Clemson’s staff, and I thought the place wouldn’t be the same.

You say “there will be a time where he moves on..”
QUESTION... how do you know? The above is a statement. How do you know your statement is true?
Sounds like you wrote this at the last second

Well, people have to either retire or die eventually...so it's a pretty safe bet there will be a time he moves on.

Definitely a +1 Mickey.
The panic syndrome obviously applies to the Tiger community cause our opposition wants us to stumble, even silently cheers for it. We fall into the emotional trap that accepts a likely falloff of past excellence so we won't be disappointed. Not Dabo. We just reload, not rebuild. We drive to another Natty despite the naysayers because out team believes we are until someone beats us to prove we're not. Hasn't happened yet with our body of work according the CFP Committee.
Thanks for the reminder.
