I live in Easley. Fla is the first part of my last name. Like some of you other poasters, my job moved me all around the eastern part of the country. ‘84 CU grad and after graduation lived in SC, KY, South Florida (twice), Erie PA (twice), St. Thomas, Akron OH, and Asheville NC. Moved to Easley at the end of 2019 and worked with the 55 Exchange Student Ice Cream program at Clemson for 3 years. Retired fully Dec 31. Loving life right now.

that you CAN buy canned brains? Pig brains, that is, also called "offal", although that term is not exclusive to the brains.
Even with some fava beans and a nice Chianti, I think that is a hard pass from me.
