I don't mind highs and lows, if the highs include ACC and National Championships.

I saw a tweet which stated that Bennett relied on development of players who hung around for 4/5 years when he won his natty. With the portal and NIL, that is no longer possible but he has not adapted to the new landscape. The general thought is unless he adapts, UVA will not be a top tier program under his leadership. I have no idea if this is accurate but thought it an interesting perspective.
To answer your question, I would not see him leaving UVA for Clemson so not sure why the question is being asked.

That's 6 NCAAT appearances to Brad's 3 and 7 tournament wins to Brad's 2.
Most importantly that's a national title compared to . . . zero championships of any kind. He's won an infinite times more titles than Brad has.

Bennett has been rough lately and I can't stand watching their offense. So no. If you're offering a natty, sure. If you're offering me a gadget defense with no shooting, no.

He may be a better coach, but no. One of the biggest complaints after OP left and Brownell came in was that our style of ball was boring. A trade for Bennett would mean an even slower tempo. Alot of this is recruiting and what kind of player you can get.
Whenever a coaching change does happen, I hope we land a recruiter of athletes first and a great motivator that instills plenty of intensity.
