I sold my tickets for Furman game so I'll be at the Apple Festival in Hendersonville with my grands. I guess I'll be drinking apple cider and eating apple turnovers of some sort.

Cream cheese and Colby jack cheese mixed up together with a touch of your rub added in, fresh jalapeños cut in half with the seeds removed filled with the cheeses mixed together and wrapped in a small slices of Applewood bacon with a large tooth pick to hold It together. Smoke these babies for an hour and they are killer to hand out at the tailgate.

Looks great, a different twist on your recipe is as follows:
1. Use whole Jalapeno cut stem end off core out seed and veins set aside
2. Cook your favorite bulk country sausage until browned and done in a skillet drain excess grease allow to cool slightly then mix in Oaxaca cheese until melted and mixed well set aside to cool
3. Take whole peppers stuff with sausage and cheese mixture and wrap peppers with your favorite thick sliced bacon grill over medium heat until bacon is cooked to your liking
4. Quantity of cold beer of your choice

Chicken wings, Cuban Sliders, chips and dip, deviled eggs, vegetable platter(cause you have to have some veggies), and a Clemson birthday cake. It’s my son’s 12th birthday, Sept 1st, and he said there’s no place he’d rather be...and of course some adult beverages....for the adults. Kids get Yoo-hoos.
