Everybody is trying to come up with different "reasonable and rational" alternatives.
But, every suggestion should start with these premises:
1. FSU and Clemson would not have sued the ACC if they did not have certainty of a landing spot. 2. FSU and Clemson would not consider a landing spot that soes not pay them SEC or B1G money. That's the only reason they want to leave the ACC. Money. Money drives the train.
Therefore every "solution" must include 1. Clemson in the B1G or SEC. 2 FSU in the B1G or SEC.
After that, most any suggestions are at least plausible to some degree.

I'm afraid not compared to the Big 10 and SEC, which is all that matters.
Right now we have the benefit of playing championships a 2-4 hour drive in NC.
This would have conference championships all over the country, a bloated conference with Pac12 left overs, former G5 teams, and again Clemson and FSU carrying things.
Hard pass on this.
If we're not getting an Big 10 SEC invite stay where we are.

Clemson isnt leaving a 2nd tier conference that its been a member of since 1953 to join another 2nd tier conference thats only existed since 1996 and all of its members are an extra 1000 miles away. It is B1G or SEC.. The only way we end up in the XII is if someone in the P2 promised Clemson a spot but then withdraws that offer after we leave the ACC.

I favor anything that has Clemson and Georgia Tech playing every year.
