It means he's worthy of the offer and Clemson wouldn't feel slighted in the least if Houston did go elsewhere and Seaborn said, "I do." Also, a bit of urgency is created, if both are serious about Clemson, knowing the Tigers want one QB.
Lawrence and Watson made their decisions before their junior years were over...it's not like either of these two wouldn't pull the trigger similarly. Then again, times have changed...but, whatever.

We need one solid QB, because we are not desperate.
The one that wants Clemson will come, and the ones that you have to pay to come to Clemson should go elsewhere!
Cade made the right choice!
DJ never improved, he had his best game at ND as a freshman. Didn’t get mush better at Oregon State or FSU.
Wish him well….

i also was watching the non verbal communication of wesco and moore and sometimes williams to Grisham ... again something is very off
culture is not right for attracting the talent we want to win the game we want to win and it's not NIL for being the reason we're swinging and kissing lately
hoping things get turned around !

Dabo has always recruited QB this way man,its every 3 years he goes out and gets a Dude at QB,in between that its been guys with raw talent that could become something.

The QB room is going to be fine Reynolds is going to be pretty #### good and Vizzina should be ready to go after Klubnik moves on to the NFL.
Wasnt long ago you and many others wrote Klubnik off and said hed never play in the NFL and shouldnt be the starter at Clemson. Now hes more or less a lock for the NFL and a preseason Heisman favorite.

This is great news. I am still hoping we get Houston, but Seaborn is a great QB, a proven winner, and we have more of an inside track with him, given our success at Thompson High. I do not think, for a moment, that he will be an easy commit, but I like our chances.

With the high level of talent that's always coming out of Georgia, Georgia should have a national championship contender every year...
