My interpretation after watching … it was a required open meeting to discuss the complaint. Nothing more … nothing less.
Just a step in a long, but legitimate, complaint process. That contract with the SEC is crazy …

Very interesting! I am wondering if the laws governing the background for this lawsuit are pretty common to other states ...... like South Carolina. If not, our legal challenge may be entirely different. Of course, when you hear lawyers talk, and only hear one side, it seems like an open and shut case ....... until you hear the other side. I doubt that this will be a quick remedy, so I suspect that FSU will not be leaving at the drop of a hat ...... or they will leave and the lawsuit will continue without FSU knowing what the financial outcome will be until many months down the road.
