Why have more than 9 quality teams to split the revenue with.
If the ACC kicked Pitt, Syracuse, Boston College, Wake Forest, and NC State to the curb then the pieces of the pie would be more in line with the SEC and BIG.
Each school would get (578 million divided by 9) 61 million each.
Each school could still play 3 OCC games and play every member of the conference each year.

Nothing surprises me in sports from T-Ball to the Pros. Especially after the Dodger’s crazy entertainment.
I have stopped reading sports everyday because of all the negativity, cheating, athletes getting arrested or picking a team for the Big NIL money.
I don’t even recognize sports these days. Men who think they are women can play women sports causing serious injury to some female athletes.

I love to read anything about realignment.
But, I can't see that he could be correct.
1. SEC wants to add FSU and Clemson. So they tell Vandy and Mizzou, "Sorry, you guys are out."
2. B1G wants to add Oregon and Washington. So they tell Iowa and Indiana, "Y'all better head to the Big 12. We don't want you here."
I just don't see that happening. I see SEC and B1G in and expansion race and not stopping until they get to 20 or 24 or 28 and then breaking away from NCAA and forming their own organization to run football for their two conferences.

Teams. I don’t think it will happen though.
That’s why I wish we dropped all current conferences and just started two new ones. Because Vanderbilt doesn’t deserve to be part of the “50 teams” that makes it.
