Maybe they do. But IMO the sign of a leader is seeing what needs to be done and doing it. Even it was available, when DW and TL was around the talent was such they didn’t need it. They need help now. This team as it sits now is not close to championship ready..If they bring in a QB, or any other position, it would be done for lack of performance.The guys underperforming know who they are. Maybe they need to feel a little insecure. They’re taking up a valuable roster spot. They better figure it out soon because the high school juniors/seniors coming up probably don’t remember the glory days.
