Too bad he didn’t have some props. A couple of walnuts and a couple of oranges. This is how they normally look, this is how mine were!
I actually had that happen. I had a bladder infection that spread into my testicles. They were like baseballs! A few days after starting antibiotics one went back to normal. The other one was like a tennis ball for almost a month. Freakiest thing ever ! When you wake up to that it is hard to remain calm. A million things are going through your head and your heart feels like it’s coming out of your chest. But you tell yourself to stay calm, call the doctor and tell them you have to see him immediately, and just breathe and stay calm! You look calm on the outside. But inside you are freaking out! I have dealt with plenty of accidents, injuries, etc. in my 56 years. But nothing prepares you for something like this where you wake up and your balls are like baseballs. I don’t care who you are, as men, few things freak us out more than something serious happening to the boys! Naturally, I can laugh about it now, because it is funny after the fact. I have been in several life-threatening situations. Remained calm through all of them. None of them freaked me out like this!

While in school at Clemson a friend had that happen. After they gave him the "I Don't Give a $#!+" shot he told the surgeon, "Just make sure I come out of there with everything I go in with!"
