I doubt it, Dabo has too much fun.

And he kind of has the attitude of, if you can use what you see in our spring game to steal a player or 3 they didn't really want to be here anyway.

absolutely projecting here and is using the spring game to poach players. As far as Texas, I don't buy Sark's reasons. The game is probably way less strenuous than the other 14 practices. Somebody at Texas convinced him he's giving away too much free product and they need the spring to drive revenue. I think Dabo holds on to it, or something similar for as long as he can. I think he gets that the spring game is the ONLY chance for a lot of families to get into Death Valley and see the Tigers. That is important.

attended last year's Spring game. In all honesty - I don't see much that translates from those games to what we actually do or perform in the regular season.

I find it to be strictly entertainment and to not read too much into how our football team is going to perform next season - one way or the other.

You learn pretty much nothing. They put nothing on tape. You're splitting your rosters, but it's "fun" for the fans/kids so I think Dabo will continue doing them.
