I just put the link in for reference. I posted mainly to comment, not to say I found some breaking news. I've been beating this drumb for a while but most just chalk it up to a bad S&C program.

Clemson's linemen aren't any smaller than SEC players

I haven't looked to compare, but in years past we've had some of the bigger lines around.

Clemson too, probably for those with injuries. All you have to do is google photos of Bama linebackers Upshaw, Hightower and others to see they are using excessive amounts of HGH, and I'm sure they are using roids too. Their bodies are like that of the incredible hulk and so sculpted...definitely using roids. The guy in the article tells you there's no penalty for them using them. I'm sure it's prevalent at other schools too. The secret to the SEC is their dominating lines of scrimmage. Now you know.

SEC teams and Stanford eat steroids like skittles but players from other teams do too we have the size as many of those schools just lack their toughness imo

I went to the UF LSU game this year and went to the CLEM NCSU game. The size between the two sets of teams....part. along the LOS... is distinctly noticeable.

I agree...the mass may weigh the same but it's distributed..

remarkably different. The sculpted muscle mass on the SEC boys is very obviously different.
I'm telling you...google the Bama linebackers on google images and study their caveman foreheads. Then, google images of some of the best college football players in this state and compare. It's fairly obvious. If they're using PEDs they're using HGH too, at least when injured, though not sure that always works in reverse. I'd bet there's a strong connection though.

I have said this before and will say again...,. NCAA should test all teams twice a year for drugs. They have the money to do this and should not turn away from this responsibility. Don't trust the colleges to do this. I know, go ahead and tell this old guy SC doesn't use Steriods.

Our S&C program is not up to snuff, and it has nothing to do with steroids, just compare.
Clemson:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cXzE-XTESFk
South Carolina: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pEpn77u8CZU
And Swinney and company wonder why they have been manhandling us on the field the past four years. Heck even compare our program to Maryland
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-rNP_GBKIlQ
With the amount of talent we have now and are continuing to bring in, it's unacceptable for us to be 0-2 against the only two solid teams we've played this year, and 0-4 against the coots in the past four years. And part of the problem is that we CLEARLY are not as physical as those high caliber teams we are playing. Imagine what we could do with our athletes had a legitimate S&C program...

You are so naive to think only SEC schools are using PED's but Clemson is totally clean. Plus, maybe some of the size difference is due to this little thing called recruiting. The SEC schools like LSU and Bama get the cream of the crop while Clemson gets good players, but not quite at the same level.

Why do you think Clemson is the only clean program among all these schools in the southeast? You recruit from the same talent pool and coaches go back and forth between programs but Clemson is above all that? Wow, just wow

Not saying CU is totally clean but...

when I look at CU's photos I do not see athlete after athlete with a Cro-Magnon forehead. Google the Bama linebackers images and look at their Cro-magnon foreheads... that forehead went out of style before the last ice age buddy. Why do ALL of Bama's linebackers have a Cro-magnon forehead? I look at Spencer Shuey...Tig Willard...none of them have this Cro-Magnon forehead? Are you really this dense?

Not necessary...but can you answer the question?
Dec 20, 2012, 10:32 PM

I'll restate -
Why do virtually ALL of Bamas linebackers have caveman foreheads? What would cause this? Do you know? Were they uncovered frozen neanderthal specimens from a glacier and magically brought back to life?
I'm curious now what LSU's front seven's foreheads look like...hahaha...

You know I am right and anyone who is observant and understands PED's and their side effects knows I am right. The coots have some of those Cro-Mag foreheads going too. A few on some very high profile players. We know the answer don't we Mike...

Do you really think steroids affect foreheads, dummy? They can cause your hairline to recede but it's not like it causes the skull to protrude out or lengthen. For comparison's sake I present you some photos that I attached.

Your proof is some made up BS observation, very convincing. Have you ever heard of genetic diversity? Not everyone is born with the same proportions. Hair style affects your evidence, too. If all the guys had dreads in their eyes instead of a fade making their foreheads clearly visible, you have no argument (although I would say this one is so weak you effectively lack one now).

Dec 20, 2012, 10:58 PM

High levels of HGH absolutely makes the forehead protrude in a line at or just above the brow. The Clemson players you post as examples proves my point. Look just above the brow for that ridgeline that develops. Sammy does not have it, neither does Ellington. Do a little research and get back to me. It has nothing to do with the size of the forehead.

There is literally no hope for your kind of stupid. Some people are born with naturally big foreheads, so how are you telling the difference between natural and "chemically enhanced"?

If anybody is looking at the situation with extreme bias it's you. A percentage of some athletes at every school, every sport are taking PED's and illegal supplements. I don't mean to condone it, but I don't kid myself into thinking nobody on my favorite team is guilty of breaking rules.

I'm sure someone does, but it's obvious that it is rampant in certain programs and a lot of them are in the $EC. You don't have to know a whole lot about S&C to know what's natural and what's not.

This dude talking about he can tell by looking at foreheads...what the heck? So you pick random guys on the team who fit the discription (caveman forehead) and label them as roid users??? C'mon on! They may as well do away with drug test and hire you just to go through photos and pick these guys out. There is nothing unusual about these dudes appearances. BTW, there are distinct facial characteristics between many different people, especially when it comes to race. I've got a fairly prominent brow line but I can assure you, I've never touched the stuff.
I'm not saying that the use of these drugs aren't used in collegiate sports but this dude's rational on how to spot them is ridiculous.
