I had heard Qualk and Graham Neff mentioning this would probably happen on the radio a few days back, so when I got the email announcement confirming it, I wasn't surprised. But if you scroll down and read the fine print, you'll notice it says, "The watch party is for the 1st half." So does that mean they're gonna kick everybody out at halftime?? I've never even heard of a watch party for just the 1st half of a game. What's even the point? I like the idea of the event, but why not just keep it open for the whole game? What are they expecting us to do, just drive home at halftime? Why not just go home after the basketball game ends, then? It doesn't make sense.

yeppers, kinda dumb. I guess the LJ crew is not all in. You'd have a better chance at attendance for the basketball game if they showed the whole playoff game after.

They need to bite the bullet and pay whatever for security for one more hour. Brownell woulda probably paid it out of his own pocket if it meant an extra thousand people there.

By the time you’d make it out to the car, halftone would be over.
