Little league problems

We had to remove a kid from our dugout last night and send him home. He's been a behavior issue all year, but we've been patient. Last night we had a lightning delay. He refused to listen to anything any of us coaches told him to do, he told me to shut up, told another coach to shut up, and so we had a talk with his mom and hope the issue is fixed.
The game starts and he asks me if he can go to the bathroom. I say yes (our whole team must have the smallest bladders in the world because at least 5 kids have to go every game). Well, I get back in the dugout after the inning and another coach informs me and our head coach that the kid just went behind the dugout and pissed on the tree (in wide open view of everyone). So the other coach told him that wasn't acceptable and he threw his bat and helmet and told him to shut up.
Call his mom and tell her to get him because he's done for the night for the reasons above. Now, this morning, she's texting our head coach and claiming racist, that we won't let him play positions like every other player, we won't let him pitch, he always bats last, and now she's been removed from the groupme (all of which are untrue).
I'm glad I'm not head coach, I couldn't deal with this crap.
Also, we are one game away from the Championship coming out of the loser's bracket. Been fun other than this family.

I hate it for the kid. He doesn't have a choice in the matte

R. We've been patient with him all year, because he's better off with us than at home. They are known around the league for this and so many other coaches have tried to help too. It sucks for the kid.

The kid is behind the 8ball and it really isn't his fault.
Heck, his Mom was probably the same. Generational issues like this are heartbreaking and hard to break out of.

coaching baseball, his kid pitching at a D1 school right now, but when he hangs up his cleats we may.
Except for stuff like this
Had a parent argue with us in coach's pitch why we wouldn't let his kid play third. Couldn't come to grips that it was a safety thing, because a line drive would not go well with this player.

Youth sports brings out the absolute worst in parents

Been coaching for almost 20 years now, and I took a short break and I realized it's not going away. Had a mom shoot me a nasty gram last season because one player told her daughter to "suck it up" and the offended player responded by crying and said she "can't play no more."
The kids take all of their cues from mom (most likely) but there is the occasional wild eyed dad. None f them have any understanding of where their kid is in relation to objective input, which is all I can offer them.
I saw that SCYS (South Carolina Youth Soccer) has a zero-tolerance policy this coming year for spectators yelling at refs. I am hoping it might run out some of those bad actors.
Just wait until high school. It's worse

You should make a youtube channel videoing your interactions

with ###### parents, you know it would be a hit. You could even bait them into confrontations by calling them skanky hoars, phags, etc. Not only could it potentially give you a new revenue stream, it would give you a process to eliminate assshole parents you didn't want to deal with.
Frankly, I'm looking forward to my interactions with these people when my kids get a little older, but I like a good confrontation too.

She enables his behavior by not holding him accountable. Seems to happen a lot nowadays.
If I had pissed on a tree in front of the crowd in the middle of a Little League game (after probably another embarrassing strikeout), the audience woulda seen my ### next... as it got whupped by a parent.

If you let your kid face consequences you are automatically in the top 4% of parents.

now the majority are lawnmower parents. They are going to mow down anything that stands between Jayydyn and his dreams.
My baby would never do anything wrong ever and it's all your fault.
Then me and MauldinT® get them and it's "I can't do anything with them"
I ####### hate people.
