Seems like a good bet would be to put $100 on each of the first to candidates. What say you?

You can bet your last dollar on ESPN putting all they have on Fields.

IMO, this is disrespect for Clemson and our coaching staff more so than the actual players, and I say this bc of the way the NFL teams are slobbering just waiting on some of our guys to enter the draft. If the teams that have the earliest picks aren't needing what is coming in the draft from Clemson, there are other teams making whatever trades they can make to get to them before the next team picking can get them. In other words, the elite talent coming from Clemson FB, they usually cost a lot more if the earlier picks don't need them!!!

The Heisman is a joke...Spencer Rattler hasn’t even taken a snap. It’s a Joke

Last 3 OU QBs have finished 1st, 1st, and 2nd in the Heisman

I can think of worse places to bet some money than on Rattler.

Clemson Heisman Chances

So with full respects, Dabo is not about Heisman trophies. Dabo is about ACC championships and bowl (hopefully BCS) wins.
Dabo does not run up scores for the purpose of building up stats. He runs up scores because Clemson backups are better than starters at the rest of ACC schools.
This IMHO removes Clemson players from serious Heisman consideration.

Why would that even matter?

Fields had a decent game against us, fields finished 3rd in the Heisman last year, and the Heisman is a regular season award anyway so it doesn't matter if he sucks a fat one in the playoffs this year if he's already won the Heisman in December.

Going to be hard to have a Heisman when there isn’t going to even be a 2020 season in football this year.....
