Guy is an unbelievable coach, but there comes a point where a 50+ year old man screaming at 18 year olds gets to be a bit unsettling.
There is a fine line between tough coaching and megalomania. Kirby seems to definitely tap dance on that line.

Due to behavioral complications and impulse control issues. And it doesn't seem to be getting better.
There's just something off. I didn't get this vibe from Savannah he coached incredibly hard. It just feels like an extremely toxic culture.

at his coaches, not his players, or at least it was rare. And I have seen Dabo do the same a dozen times, but he always goes over to them later and pats them on the shoulder.

He wins. His methods leave a lot to be desired. Big difference between the players on Clemson compared to UGA character wise. And that’s simply a fact. Argue with the wall if you like.

Chewing out players is part of being a coach, he** Saban did it even if his team was up 72-0.
Don’t you remember the time Dabo went after our punter in the ACCCG for making a bone head “go for
It” self call? Dabo chewed him out from halfway off the field all the way to the bench and then some. The media even mentioned it the following week saying it might have been “too much”. But do you remember what happened the next game against Oklahoma? Oh yeah that same punter perfectly executed the fake to Wilkins to convert on a 4th down.
Good coaches will cuss out players for making mistakes even if it didn’t cost the team in that moment because the next time they make it there may be more severe consequences to a game or even a season

He’s possibly the first person of authority they’ve come across who isn’t afraid to yell at them. Young men need discipline to become great leaders. Sometimes that discipline is harsh and needs to be.
