It's one thing to talk about it, now he needs to get them to want to be at Clemson before anything good comes from it!!!

Actually the article/interview is telling imo. I read into it as we're getting out recruited and in so many words, he's relayed the reasons to the administration. Has it become obvious that we're having to take the Brad approach and portal? Because we're not recruiting good at all.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, I like EB. Definitely think he's the right guy for us. But is it all money? Did coastal just catch lightning in a bottle with their recruits? Because we all know it wasn't nil.
Yes, we have history. But most of the kids weren't even born. So in a lot of ways, we're like Brad and bball. We must create some success in order to sustain success.
So I ask you experts. Do we have an evaluation problem? Do we have a developmental problem? How are the blue blood schools getting their top 100 commits to actually go to college first?

It certainly helps the esecpn conference when they have a dedicated 'Pravda' spouting propaganda year after year.

Coastal also has one of the best pitching coaches in the country and that guy could probably go anywhere he wanted after this year if he really wanted to go somewhere. It also doesn’t help when we lose like 2 recruits every year to the draft which completely depletes our class of elite TALENT, while these other SEC big money schools are getting 5+ highly touted guys to campus, even after they lose another couple to the draft.

I would hate to say that it's a coaching problem, but it could be and if it is Bakich needs to hire whoever is one of the best pitching coaches in the country and pay them even if he has to pay them on the side from his own salary.
If I wanted to be known or thought of as being one of the best baseball HC's in the country, I would spend a little of what I had that would help me to get more in the long run, especially if my team won the national championship!!!
