I would vote for Asa Hutchinson or Chris Christie...maybe Nikki but announcing plans to pardon the Orange One could be a no-go. I realize Asa zero chance and likely wont even qualify for any more debates. the GOP is not going to nominate Christie

the rest are cartoonish clowns who have exactly zero chances of winning the General Election.

refused. So let's try this again. We'll start simple, in the medium where the majority of people in the US get at least SOME significant portion of their news (and opinions).

Major News Networks:

FOX News: more viewers than CNN and MSNBC combined. Any other liberal news channels I'm forgetting about?

>50% conservative bent in major news networks doesn't seem to be the same as 99.999% liberal.

Reconcile this, before we move onto other categories.

Or, pretend you didn't see this like you typically do, because you know that statement is completely fabricated and dumb.

The vast majority of big media leans left to some degree, and is biased in favor of the D party, which is reflected in what they report, what they don't, and how they prioritize and report it all. I don't see how anybody can dispute that with a straight face. I don't know the percentage, but I'd say 80-85%. Just look at who the biggest newspapers have supported in presidential elections over the last 50 years; it's literally like 90% Democrats.

As for Ukraine, whether Joe and Hunter are crooked is a legitimate concern, but we should be supporting Ukraine against Russia to avoid us having to put troops on the ground and get more deeply involved should Russia win and continue against NATO partners.

more sense that actually being at war with Russia as a Nato member. If Russia takes over Ukraine, the likelyhood that they advance on a NATO country is pretty high. If that happens, we are committed to assist then, and it becomes much more likely that we put troops on the ground. If we do that, a World War becomes much more likely, and China would almost certainly get more involved.

So to answer your question, yes, there is probably some limit to how much we invest in Ukraine's defense, but for now, it's in our interest to make sure Russia doesn't win, as the cost would likely be much greater for us if they do.

4. She seems like she would do a better job than the current or former presidents of bringing the country together, finding middle ground and compromise on issues. Which is really what we need. No matter what side you’re on, if your side wins, the other half of the country loses, and we stay deeply divided. If your policies involve compromise, with bot sides winning some and both sides giving away a little, we will

I hate the idea of pardoning Trump and I'd love to see him die in jail.

That said, I want the country to stop tearing itself apart more than I want to see absolute justice, and if that means I have to forego the pleasure of seeing Orange Man wear an orange jumpsuit, I'll grimace hard, have a moment...and accept it.

Can Haley win without placating Trump supporters? (Mind, I dunno if she really has a real chance anyway, though I hope she does.)

For the good of the country, if Trump is convicted, I do hope he is pardoned. That is how I would have sold it--for the good of the country and to promote healing.

I would have invoked Gerald Ford's selfless pardon of Nixon for any potential crimes, a move that likely cost a decent man in the election against Carter.
