but it’s amazing how much poop I carry around when running. I get done or even middle of a run (hit an porta potty or the woods, depends) and I literally poop so much it defies all odds. Has to be a pound of poop.
Not really much to say about it, but I am kind of addicted to ending a run and pooping.

Per AI
The urge to poop while running, sometimes called "runner's trots" or "runner's diarrhea," can be caused by several factors, including increased blood flow to the muscles and decreased blood flow to the digestive system. Anxiety and intensity of exercise can also contribute to bowel dysfunction. The #### sphincter, a muscle that controls the anus, can weaken and lead to fecal incontinence, especially during high-impact activities like running.

Once I dropped by miles, it went away. I spent so much money and some really bad procedures to figure it out and it was just too much running and not enough eating.
I never poop soft. I got girthy solid biggggg ones.

Uncontrollable, have to have to duck in the woods and squat, ain’t good tho
And acid reflux will give you throat cancer, and that is horrible

Unfortunately this is a lesson on why you call professional stump kickers rather than try to burn it yourself.
