before joining the Doobie Brothers, Michael McDonald was a member of Steely Dan's touring band, singing lead, backing vocals, and playing keyboards. He also appeared on some Steely Dan recordings including The Royal Scam, Aja, and Gaucho.

Before Steely Dan, he also sang with "Foreplay." Love his music. And Steely Dan's "Aja" album is one of the all time greats. Go Tigers!

We probably shouldn't throw too many rocks given our strength of schedule most years.
Right now they have wins over
#16, #17 and still have #13 and #1 on the schedule. If they win out, they deserve to be in. Else we get held to the same standard in the future needing multiple too 10 wins.

They lost to #14 TA&M and IMO, no way should Miss St be #17. How impressive was Bama's win against FL? Which means to this point Ole Miss is really the only team with a pulse that Bama has beat. I'm sure they'll impress with victories over LSU and New Mexico State the next 2 weeks.

doing them any favors. And of course add in SEC bias.
All of this said though based on what we all see this year....counter question is do you really not think they are the 2nd best team in the nation? Put another way, what teams in all of CFB would you favor if they had to play Alabama tomorrow on a neutral site? TBH I'm not even sure UGA would be favored.
