I just want to see some consistency. I don’t think that’s possible with BB. I’d be at more games if I didn’t live 5 hours away. I made it to most home football games. But, they are already so few through the season. I’m hoping for the equivalent of Dabo to be hired for our mens basketball team. I just can’t trust the product BB is selling. I know this won’t be popular. I may take some pulse hits. That’s okay. I love my Tigers anyway!

Hurts to see the lead into an article regarding BB as "Look to Bounce Back." Team needs more consitincy for sure.

Perhaps some of you have gone through this before, — maybe a few times before — but I’d encourage people to give this team a look. They’re not perfect but they have a nice blend of talent, difference-makers at both ends of the floor, and a superstar in the making in PJ Hall. If they can develop the young big-men around him and add another piece or two through recruiting and the portal, I’d expect the 2022-23 season to be full of potential (top 20).

just hit close to average 3 ptrs, we are in that game, without them at least being average, we will win no more.

the worst, something is wrong with their psyche. Is is because the game plan is to go inside? Do they feel left out>

Good coaches know how to overcome bad shooting.

Good coaches know how to make adjustments!
Two of our best players are good inside. When the three-point shot is not falling you drive to the basket or make the extra pass and go inside.
Isn’t BB supposed to be an Ex’s & Oh’s coach?

You do know that virtually all teams in college basketball are inconsistent right?

During a 30 game season, there are bound to be games where teams click and are firing on all cylinders, as well as games where multiple players can’t hit a shot. It’s not an indication of bad coaches or bad players. It happens.
Obviously, having more talented players improves the odds that you will play well more often than you’ll play badly. That’s why we need to improve our talent level. It’s been an issue at Clemson for over 100 years.

It's also important to know that winning is hard, and that half of the teams that play on any given night lose like we just did. Half.

Been discussed way too much but let's dig into facts. We're 10-6. Our competition has been weak. We haven't played a top 30 team.
Defenders of Brad talk about he's a great x and I coach, yet rarely can he draw up a winning play. Last game we had 2.2 seconds remaining in half... We didn't even get a shot off. Ok, want numbers for this great "defensive" coach. We're:
Defensive rating T195th Steals T289th Offensive Rebounds T259th Rebounding T170th Assists T121st
Not good ratings for a coach who gets praised for being a great defensive mind. These ratings come against mostly low ranked offensive teams.
Brad gets defended on his ACC record but it's never pointed out that his ACC record is against a conference that's rapidly declined over his tenure. Conjecture, an average coach would have had just as many, if not more wins.
I like dealing in facts. Fan attendance and history are not facts. As many have stated. Brad is a super human being, graduates players, and runs a clean program. Unfortunately he's just not a good coach and he can't bring in the Jimmy and Joes. Facts.

you wrong. What has happened to Honor and Dawes? Are they sore, because of success of Hall and Tyson, getting most of PR?

I'd say it's can't bring enough Jimmy's and Joe's...

He usually have one Jimmy and/or Joe and not enough talent around to sustain things when that player leaves.
When KJ McDaniels left struggled the next year even though Rod Hall and everyone else came back.
When Grantham and DeVoe were gone didn't have enough key bigtime players to get by close games even though everyone else was back.
Now Simms is gone and it is rinse and repeat even if everyone else came back besides Trapp who was just a role player.
It will be the same thing with PJ Hall.
The good CONSISTENT programs have the players coming back really step it up when good players leave the program both offensively and defensively...
