'05 Miami Triple OT.
132 dBs or something like that.
Was in lower bowl by the hill.
Can still feel my ears splitting.

weird sensation at one point it was so loud. My hearing is not good at 60. I wonder if a few of these games at Death Valley are the cause.

Like a blanket of noise. Couldn’t believe any stadium could get that loud and I was in the upper deck. Can’t imagine what it sounded like in the lower bowl.

Yep, 50 yard line third row of the upper deck. We went crazy every time we saw the decibel level flash on the screen.

was there. very loud. I thought I may have heard louder but it may be differences in seating in other years. I also think Miami had one heck of a punter
I don't think since Miami joined the conf that the home team has won in our series.

Foolishly, My wife and I took my 3 year old son. Hot day, if I recall correctly, and the youngster was not amused. Big mistake that was never made again, but we still had a blast. Great game.

Think I was there but memory not always reliable these days. Do remember Notre Dame in the ran with defense and BB making the goal line stand. Don’t want another one of those Saturday. Go Tigers!

I was there, in the old West End Zone.
Was so loud, everyone was exhausted, there was no trash talk from any Miami fans on the walk out of the stadium despite the win. Later on saw the WIDE OPEN TE that was missed on the last play….

I was there. Lower deck north stands. Loudest game I ever attended. The stadium wasn't full and only had about 72k in it.
When Clemson sacked Miami on consecutive downs in the 4th quarter it sounded like a jet engine was sitting in my seat.

Standing on the field next to Roy Philpott and Jack Leggett. Chansi Stuckey was wide ### open in the endzone. Charlie got rushed in his throw by 2 defenders. He needed another half second and Clemson wins in regulation. It was extremely loud.Even between the plays. Had Stuckey caught ball it would have hit 140db. Good times even with a loss.

I still recall my hearing was popping at the higher decibels and I recall wondering if this was not a good idea down the road in my later years. Been to a lot of loud games but this is the only one where I felt my hearing was affected.

from this concert... when The Who was always billed as the loudest band in the world, and they certainly lived up to it. My ears rang for 3 days...
