You can't ever kick the effects of extended heavy drug use, especially with certain substances.

Ok 19B hold his drug addiction against him the rest of his life. Make sure you do the same with every person you know who overcomes addiction.

God it makes me sick how the left CELEBRATES all the Hollywood elites as they emerge from addiction treatment. We all know 'the rest of the story' - they end up there again and again, each time with a new stint on all the talk shows.

Do you think maybe the brain damage from his past heavy drug addiction is why he still believes the election was stolen despite the lack of evidence?

I think it's great that he's no longer a heavy drug user, especially for something as damaging as long-term crack cocaine usage. And maybe he was just as irrational as he is now prior to his extended addiction, and his current lunacy is "just how he is". I really doubt it though.
I'm not celebrating any asshole who becomes an addict, beats it, and is still an asshole on the other side, regardless of celebrity status or political affiliation.

Jimmy provided his theory above. Determined people can accomplish, well, almost anything in some cases. There are a million examples of it. He is in serious jeopardy of losing his amassed wealth because he legitimately believes the 2020 election was fraudulent, to the extent that he accused the hardware manufacturer that managed much of that election of fraud, without any proof whatsoever. He STILL believes it. Do you think somebody with a perfectly functioning brain would go as far down the path he has? Trump isn't stupid enough to put his wealth at stake over this. Trump is smart enough to keep fleecing his base for legal fees, of which essentially zero dollars are actually going to legal fees.
I mean, this should be obvious to anybody who isn't an election denier, so I'm only left with the conclusion that you fall into the category of "election denier". Is that true, or no?

Originally I thought it was possible the election could have been stolen because you can’t deny there were irregularities. The alternative was to believe America was dumb enough to give power to the democrats. The midterms convinced me America really is that stupid.

the only other possibility one can think of is he is copromised in some way and is being blackmailed, and is in fact quite possibly competant yet in survival mode. I have seen an interview where he breaks character fir a brief moment and seemed like a sane, lucid adult, again, briefly. I call this Lindsay Grahama syndrom.

good dude. But he filled his drug addiction with an addiction to politics, and is pursuing MAGA like an intravenous drug, complete with the same obsessive drive and illogical justifications for his habit.
The obsession is probably what made him so successful in business, but such a failure in politics.

Success in rising up out of hardship to create a successful business? Absolutely?
Pissing it all away and destroying your reputation by trying to help a wannabe dictator seize authoritarian control in spite of a legitimate election?
Nah.

And it isn't like Ronna McDaniel isn't at the rightward fringe of the party. If people needed any more evidence that it isn't about policy but about Trump's cult of personality, this is it. Bizzaro World.
People wanted to get away from party decisions being made in proverbial smoke-filled rooms. Well, they got what they asked for.
Given that a party chair's primary focuses are raising money and pushing viable candidates to win election, I am curious why anyone would think this guy is even slightly qualified?

RNC has been underwhelming at best and needs to be retired. She and the rest of the Republican leadership need a thorough house cleaning because they have been on the wrong end of elections for the past 3 cycles. I was hoping Lee Zeldin was going to make a run for the RNC but looks like he is turning the opportunity down.
One thing is for sure - we don't need another milquetoast Republican Inc. lackey running the RNC anymore than we need Mike Lindell trying to run the RNC. I appreciate that Lindell is a born again Christian and seems genuinely concerned about the USA but his fealty towards a person (Trump) at the expense of a conservative policy agenda is not a recipe for success at the RNC. Until that changes, Mike Lindell needs to stick to what he is good at - making and selling pillows and bedding products (my wife and I do love his pillows and sheets).
