In his short dip in the political pool, it's come out his campaign workers had to register under FARA for Saudi Arabia, he thinks Ukraine should surrender, and he's been flirting with the racist vote. It's just that nobody cares about him so it doesn't get any attention. He's essentially really good in controlled interview settings so he does really well with the Twitter and YouTube crowd. He could surprise me, but I'm not betting on the guy who thinks racists might vote for a guy named Ramaswamy.

I don't really care either way about a Trump pardon TBH, not enough anyway that it's a litmus test for me for a candidate.
As for 9/11? You're misrepresenting his position I think. He said he doesn't think the US Govt has been completely forthright about Saudi Arabia's involvement in the attack, and I can't say I completely disagree with him. I don't think it's an inside job and he hasn't said it's an inside job, but I think it's incredibly reasonable to think we don't know and will never know all the details of the attack.

"Al-Qaeda clearly planned and executed the attacks, but we have never fully addressed who knew what in the Saudi government about it,” Ramaswamy wrote. “We *can* handle the TRUTH.”
Given almost all of the hijackers were Saudi Arabian, that is certainly a reasonable stance.

Probably Haley. Has executive experience, is pro business, has some foreign policy experience as former ambassador to the UN, has some political skills to have served under Trump and not get too sullied or incur his wrath and as a woman and minority is probably very much electable.
I really like Tim Scott as a person, but don’t know if he’s ready.
The most important thing is winning, so anybody but Trump will do.
DeSantis is still worth a look to me, but he’s wasted a lot of time on lesser issues that while perhaps weighing in on have consumed him lately. There are bigger fish to fry besides the woke stuff.

No candidate other than Trump will retain the union blue collar ‘rust belt’ voters for the Republican Party.
This voter block (justifiably) does not trust establishment Republicans. They didn’t trust Hillary or Biden as much as they trust Trump.
Without that block, no Republican has a chance in PA, MI, or WI.
That is why Democrats are so intent on socially shaming Republican leaning voters into supporting ANYONE other than Trump.
Although the Democrats have stupid policies, they are not stupid politically. In fact, the Democrats are brilliant politically. They have learned how to continue getting elected despite their hideous corruption and harmful policies.
We’ll probably fall into the Democrat’s trap and end up shocked when a Nikki Haley or Tim Scott gets crushed in a general election.
P.S. DeSantis remains a big enough real threat (in the Democrat’s eyes) so that he too must be killed off. Republican voters are falling into this trap, also.

conservative in lieu of a Republican. I disagree with Republican Party Inc. too much to identify myself purely as a "Republican". Having said that I will vote in the Republican primary but as of right now I don't know who will get my vote. I want to see some of the Republican primary debates to see who has the best policy ideas and the spine to stick to conservative principles when taking on the inevitable leftist apparatus onslaught on a national stage. If I had to choose right now it would either be Vivek Ramaswamy or Ron DeSantis. I'm still open to Tim Scott and Niki Haley but they both have some Republican Inc. stink on them that I find off-putting.
What I can guarantee is that I won't be voting for Trump as I'm tired of his clown show and wish he would simply retire to Mar-a-Lago. I can also guarantee it won't be for any of the Republican Inc. candidates: Asa Hutchinson, Mike Pence, Chris Christie... nor will it be for that "moderate" Will Hurd.

Hilarious watching a bunch of "Republicans" pretending that they are gonna vote for everyone other than Trump when he dominates every poll. Either we have a bunch of liars on here or this is the least representative bunch of 'Republicans" on planet Earth. I'll leave it for you to decide.
