I'm not worried about the ACCCG or the playoffs. Why? Because most likely we need to win out to get to either. We have the toughest road of the contenders to get there. This week Pitt is at SMU and that may be an elimination game for both. Lose and the ACCCG and the playoffs are most likely out.
For us we cannot afford a loss either. Win out and we are likely in the ACCCG regardless of what anyone else does. Win that and we are in the playoffs.
Next game up: Louisville. They are no pushover. "A game" from us and should be a 2 touchdown win. "B game" or less and it will be a fight to the end. Don't need to talk beyond that because we need to secure a win this week. Love the night game, home field advantage we have. As fans let's make that as big an advantage as we can. Be there. Be there early. Be loud.
Clemson can't afford another loss. Louisville is no pushover and Pitt will test Clemson. If Clemson is undefeated going into the ACC championship game and loses, I think it is possible for Clemson not to be picked for the playoffs. Just my opinion...
