The unwritten rule here is, if you schedule a meeting after 12PM, you are a devil-loving, slow left-lane driving, crockpot rib cooking, non-tipping Gamecock graduate.

unknown. Like, I have a supervisor, but it's loose AF. And he has a boss, who would also be my boss, Carolinas department leader kinda thing, but they don't track me, that I know of. So I just put Teams on my phone and act like I am available if they call or message. But I always "miss" the messages until it is convenient.

I remember being on the other side of the desk and appreciating even an 15min early exit before holidays. Even small gestures like that buy you a TON of equity with a team.
