I'm overweight at 6'0" 200 lbs, but it's easy to maintain even splurging a lil. My blood pressure was slightly high, not a big concern. He said, But you're still overweight and it's impacting your blood pressure, so I recommend you lose down to 190 at least, and get a cuff and monitor your blood pressure.
I countered with, the Red Cross blood drive techs tell me that the normal range for blood pressure goes up as you get older. He said, that's debatable.
May work on that after the Orange Bowl.
Oh, and that's very impressive weight loss since 8/1. What's your weight loss plan?

So about a year ago doc suggested some pre-diabetes drugs - my A1C is 5.7, so not horrible, but with my weight he wanted to work on it and my weight. We had to do one drug first that did not work, then Ozempic which I started in August. Amazing drug it that it helps with appetite - you are not hungry and cannot eat as much as before.
O-O-Ozempic commercial here. It works.
Many docs now prescribing it for just weight control. I bought some stock when I lost 20 lbs back in August. LOL. It is up 20% since then.
The drug is now in very short supply as so many docs are prescribing it.
