Instate yes, but you can ask around. Last time when Clemson played UGA in Athens, I witnessed UGA fans breaking it to the UF crowd that the cocktail party down in Florida was just a cocktail party. UGA & Clemson knows what's up and an honest UGA fan will also tell you how nervous they get about playing Clemson despite the overall record.
